After your appointment
Treatment plan

You’ll receive a detailed treatment plan within 48 hours.

Prescriptions

If medications are recommended, we’ll provide prescriptions.

Follow-up

We’ll schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.

Telehealth setup guide

Telehealth consultations are conducted via a secure video platform. Here’s what you need:

  • A device: A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone.
  • Internet connection: A stable internet connection.
  • Privacy: A private space where you can speak openly.

You’ll receive a link to join your appointment when you book. Simply click the link at your appointment time, and you’ll be connected with your specialist.

No GP referral required

You do not need a referral from your GP to book an appointment with us. You can book directly and access specialist care when you need it.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
